A couple weeks ago i had the amazing oppurtinity to work for this incredible company. 
Sportique brands is designed to help atheltics perform and recover better. The vast majority of mainstream skin care products for athletes use irritating sulfate based detergents like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) and ammonium lauryl sulfate (ALS). These are cheap and do the job, but they don’t give premium performance.
They are particularly bad news if your skin spends a lot of time outdoors. They can disrupt the oils the body produces to protect it from dehydration. Dry skin is the last thing you need when you are aiming for peak performance.Petrochemicals like the PEGs, polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol, are another no no for this brand. Mayve they should go back to the plastic industry where they belong. Sportique Brands also steers clear of anything that contains or can create toxins. So they don’t use synthetic fragrances, parabens or diethanolamine (DEA). Your liver needs to be concentrating on optimising your metabolism, not coping with toxic ingredients.I am literally blown away by this companies products. I'm a pilates instructor and I can honestly testify that this stuff works amazingly. I absolutely love "The Warming Up Cream" All natural warming up, pre or post sports muscle treatment. Anti-inflammatory and emollient Shea butter, Jojoba, Almond, Apricot and Soy oils, blended with stimulating active essential oils of Capsicum, Cajeput, and Camphor will invigorate your body and skin.This formulation produces lasting warmth, stimulating and recuperating effects on muscles. Application will help accelerate local blood circulation and general toning. Sportique Warming Up Cream is perfect for massages before, during or after physical performance. It will counteract fatigue and help physical recovery. And who doesn't like to skip those stretch sessions before a workout! I love being able to put this on and jump into teaching my classes! 

                                       Hold this position for 5 seconds, use your core to extend your body down slowly. Use your core to bring yourself back up to this position, hold for 5 seconds. Do 25 sets 
Keep back straight! Remember USE YOUR CORE!
 You can get into this position or on your forearm if its too difficult to hold yourself up on your hand. Extend your free hand straight up (keeping back straight and shoulders inline with your feet) bringing that free hand under your stomach & reach! Try not to move your hips, feet, legs, core. Repeat 20 times
tip: try keeping your abs tight the whole time
get into this position and keep core TIGHT while moving your hands up and down quickly. try looking directly in front of you while keeping space between your neck and chest. Do this for 60 seconds\ 3 times. Your ads will be burning!
